When you fill in the quote form, your first and last name, your company name, your telephone number, your e-mail address and the information relating to your request (stone, size, quantity, delivery term, destination country) are processed.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or e-mail, the contact details and message content you share through these channels are processed.

Your data is processed for the purposes of preparing quotations and proformas, communicating with you about your request and conducting the sales process.

This processing is based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5, paragraph 2 of KVKK: "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and "the legitimate interest of the data controller".

Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be transferred only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the order to the business partners from which we obtain transport and customs services and, in the event of a legal obligation, to the competent public authorities.

Your quote requests are retained, after the request has been concluded, for the statutory retention periods applicable to commercial records; at the end of the period they are deleted or anonymized.

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing; to know the persons to whom it has been transferred; to request its rectification, erasure or destruction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to object to the processing; and to claim compensation for the damage if you suffer damage.
