When you only browse the site, you are not asked for any identity information. When you submit the quote form, your name, your company, your telephone number, your e-mail address and the details of your request reach us.
For security and debugging purposes, our servers keep technical records such as IP address, browser type and time of visit for a limited period.
How we use the information
The information you share is used only to respond to your request, to prepare a quotation and to conduct the order process. No promotional messages are sent to you without your permission.
Third-party services
When you click the WhatsApp links, you are redirected to the WhatsApp application; what you share there is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
The promotional video on the production page is served via YouTube in privacy mode; as long as you do not play the video, YouTube does not place tracking cookies in your browser.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts the communication between your browser and the server. Only authorized personnel dealing with your request can access your information.
